Welcome to Toad + Monster! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchases of our products. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Purchases
Prices for our products are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
After purchasing a product, please allow up to 5 working days for your purchase to be processed and dispatched.
2. Shipping and Returns
NZ-wide flat rate of $10 postage. $20 postage to Australia. International flat rate of $40.
By purchasing from Toad + Monster, you acknowledge that Toad + Monster is not accountable for any lost or stolen orders.
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you have a 7-day window from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return, which will result in a STORE CREDIT. The products must remain unused and maintain the same condition as when they were received. Upon meeting these criteria, a store credit equal to the garment's price will be issued. Kindly note that the shipping charges for the delivery are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. Returns that show signs of damage, soil, or alteration may not be accepted and could be returned to you. To arrange the return process, please reach out through email at toadandmonster@gmail.com.
3. Taxes & Duties
International orders: After your order departs from New Zealand, it could be subjected to customs clearance processes and fees. These factors have the potential to create postponements beyond the initially projected delivery timelines. For orders destined for countries other than New Zealand, there is a possibility of incurring import duties and/or taxes. These charges are imposed once your parcel arrives in your respective country.
Any incurred taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Toad + Monster.
The designated international carrier might issue an invoice for the applicable local taxes and duties. Alternatively, you may need to engage directly with your local customs authorities to arrange payment and the release of your package.
4. Repairs
Toad + Monster offers a free repair service. Customers seeking a repair will need to email toadandmonster@gmail.com with photos and a description of the damage to arrange a repair.
All postage costs associated with a garment repair are the responsibility of the customer.
Toad + Monster reserves the right to make alterations to the appearance of the garment as we see fit when conducting the repair.
5. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
